This policy explains what information HumanoSys receives through humanosys.com, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information we receive
The information we receive depends on how you use the website. It can include:
- contact details and messages you submit through contact, demo, support or newsletter forms;
- account and profile information when you create or use an account;
- questions you send to the HumanoSys AI support assistant;
- technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as request, security and server logs; and
- website usage information from Google Analytics when you have allowed analytics cookies.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website, respond to enquiries and support requests, arrange demonstrations, manage accounts, protect the service from misuse and improve our website and products. Optional analytics is used only after you allow it through the cookie controls.
We do not use the public website chatbot to ask for passwords, API keys, payment-card details or government identification. Please do not submit those details through the chatbot.
AI support assistant
When you use the AI support assistant, your question and a limited amount of recent conversation context are sent from the HumanoSys server to our AI service provider so a response can be generated. The integration is configured not to store the response as conversation history through the API.
The assistant is intended for general product and website questions. Account-specific investigations and other issues that require access to your records should be handled by the HumanoSys support team instead.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain records, resolve issues, meet legal obligations or protect the service. Different types of information can have different retention periods.
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sending sensitive credentials through public website forms or chat.
